What is it about?
This paper is a case report of infectious mediastinal lymphadenitis and pericarditis after performing endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) on a mediastinal lymph node. Clinicians should be aware of the rare but critical these complications associated with EBUS-TBNA.
