What is it about?
Structural target reliability index is important for structural design. Traditionally, target reliability indexes are from calibration method, which is based on original design codes. In practice, how to select a reasonable value of target reliability index is an essential problem. This work proposes a novel method to determine target reliability index based on modeling performance degradation of concrete structures as a stochastic process.
