What is it about?
The assessment of severe liver toxicity, called venoocclusive disease (VOD), in 35 patient treated for Wilms rumour revealed a 14% of incidence. Apart from classical clinical and biochemical abnormalities associated with this complication, we found that a coagulation marker, PAI-1, is reliable for the diagnosis of VOD
