What is it about?
Paper on development of QBAR models to predict carcinogenicity and comparison of its performance with three freely available QSAR tools. The paper presents two model case studies: 1. Use of genotoxicity assays as biological descriptors for modeling carcinogenicity, and 2. Identification of the ability of certain carcinogens to cause simultaneous induction of CYP enzymes, and their potential as a biological descriptor for modeling carcinogenicity.
