What is it about?
Recently commercially available silica monolithic columns for HPLC offer much promise for undertaking chromatographic separations with higher flow rates and/or reduced system backpressure. Here we assessed how different size and shape aromatic molecules interacted with the base silica and silica modified with aminopropyl functionality under normal phase conditions.
