What is it about?

Human thinking and emotions are completely intertwined. It is fruitless to try and eliminate emotions and they are often an important tool for rational thinking. However we make emotional mistakes just as we make mistakes in calculation. Our research demonstrates the importance of effective emotion management for traders in investment banks and points to more and less effective ways of managing and using emotions.
