What is it about?
Newborn rabbits after being subjected to hypoxia (cerebral palsy model) were tested for nociception behavior and had their spinal cord analyzed. They showed to have enhanced nociception behavior and expansion of associated primary afferents verified in slices of their spinal cords, as compared to control animals (not subjected to hypoxia).
