What is it about?

Why is it important?

Identification of conflicting requirements in the early phases of a system's lifecycle are usually based on non-normative methods, which heavily rely on the expertise and inspiration of the subject matter expert doing the search. The set of heuristics proposed in this papers should help in increasing the effectiveness of such methods.

Perspectives

The key aspect of the proposed heuristics is that they provide structure in the search process for non-normative methods that are based on subject matter experts.
