What is it about?
A study toward construction of supramolecular motor. Works of molecular machine in a material induce a chemical process of the material. As the result of the cooperative dynamics, the material show ordered macroscopic motion.

Why is it important?
The importance of this study is in the deprotonation of supramolecular structure is induced by structural change of molecular machine. This dynamics has similarities to the dynamics of biomolecules. And, another importance is its round dynamics: The motion is reversible. But the paths of the out-way and home-way are different each other. I believe the round-dynamics is important to construct molecular motors that can produce mechanical work.
