What is it about?
This study examined the effect of local implantation of adipose mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSC) to enhance healing of gastric perforation after surgical suture. The results of our study indicated that local injection of ADMSC worked better than the approach of topical spraying for treatment of sutured gastric perforation. Moreover, local implantation of ADMSC enhanced healing of gastric perforation significantly.
