What is it about?
Forming chiral complexes, either discrete or polymeric, is a route towards materials that can selectively act on guest species in an enantioselective manner. This paper explores work using a new family of ligands in which rotational flexibility affords a degree of unpredictability, resulting in curious new complexes.
