What is it about?
We studied rainfall variability over Brazil (1920-2010) to understand the occurrence of droughts and above-average rainfall. We use a continental, bi-hemispheric analysis scale it covers seven climatic regimes, making possible an integrative analysis between the temporal and spatial occurrence of precipitation anomalies.
