What is it about?

Our article revealed that the 8th AJCC TNM staging system could not stratify patients with gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (gNENs) accurately. And our proposed TNMG staging system could more accurately predict the 3- and 5-year OS rate of gNENs patients than the 8th AJCC TNM staging system.

Why is it important?

Firstly, the TNMG staging system can more accurately predict the prognosis of gNENs patients. Then, it is also convenient to assist clinicians in therapeutic decisions.

Perspectives

we wish that our new proposed staging system could provide practical use for clinicians.
