What is it about?
How to wash your hands when clean water, soap, and/or paper towels are not available.
Why is it important?
I believe this is especially important as coronavirus starts to spread around developing nations that don't necessarily have access to clean water, soap, or paper towels, but still need to wash their hands effectively.
Perspectives
I believe this project is important so that WHO and CDC understand that they need to be flexible with their handwashing guidance and understand that idealized handwashing is not the only handwashing style that is beneficial. Even just rubbing your hands back and forth underwater is helpful at getting rid of pathogens on your hands.
