About my research
Matt Broadway-Horner is a distinguished psychotherapist, cognitive behaviour therapist (CBT), nurse, scientist, and author based at the University of Bolton. With nearly two decades of experience, he specialises in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. Matt has developed the "CBT for Schools" program, authored "Managing Depression with CBT," and consults on service development and restructuring. In 2023, he was recognised as the Best International Mindfulness Practitioner. My work is about individual and systemic barriers to care. Still more is needed in the space to achieve equitable healthcare
