What is it about?
WebXR is a set of technologies that allow developers to create virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) experiences that can be accessed through a web browser. This means that students do not need to install any additional software to use the platform. We present a new teaching platform for engineering sciences that uses WebXR technology.

Why is it important?
It is important to develop new teaching tools for engineering sciences because the field is rapidly changing. New technologies are being developed all the time, and it is important for students to be prepared to use these technologies in the workforce. Immersive technologies such as VR and AR can provide students with a more realistic and engaging learning experience. For example, students can use VR to explore a virtual factory or to learn about the assembly of a complex machine. They can use AR to see how a new product would work in a real-world environment. WebXR is the ideal platform for developing immersive learning experiences for engineering sciences because it is relatively easy to use and it does not require users to install any additional software. This means that students can access these learning experiences from anywhere, using any device with a web browser. The teaching platform presented in this paper has the potential to revolutionize the way that engineering sciences is taught. It can help to make learning more effective and engaging for students, and it can prepare them better for the workforce.
Perspectives
I am very excited about the potential of immersive technologies to revolutionize education. I believe that these technologies can provide students with a more engaging and effective learning experience. I am particularly interested in the use of WebXR for education. WebXR makes it possible to create immersive learning experiences that can be accessed through a web browser. This means that students can access these experiences from anywhere, using any device with a web browser. I believe that the teaching platform presented in this paper is a significant step forward in the development of immersive learning experiences for engineering sciences. The platform is easy to use for teachers, and it provides students with a rich and engaging learning environment.

WebXR
The WebXR Device API provides access to input (pose information from headset and controllers) and output (hardware display) capabilities commonly associated with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) devices. It allows you develop and host VR and AR experiences on the web.
Applying Progressive Enhancement on a WebVR project
The main goal of Progressive Enhancement web design strategy is to make accessible webpage content and functionality using any browser or internet connection. In our case we will focus on creating content to be enjoyable on the most different devices connected possible (those who can run WebGL) and any user computer skills (from poor to strong).
