What is it about?
IMDC score is an effective tool for Kidney cancer to estimate prognosis and select treatment. In the immunotherapy era, the IMDC score has a predictive effect by combining TKI and immunotherapy. We try to evaluate the prognostic effect of IMDC score in Malignant melanoma and showed the different survival in favorable, intermediate, and poor risk groups.

This is the first literature showing IMDC score has a prognostic effect on Malignant Melanoma patients receiving nivolumab.
Perspectives
IMDC score may have a role in selecting treatment between TKI and immunotherapy especially in BRAF mutated patients.
