What is it about?
Most healthcare providers will experience patient suicide during their careers, and such events can have significant emotional and professional repercussions. A comprehensive systematic review was conducted to provide a thorough understanding of this issue. The review examined the prevalence of patient suicide, its emotional and professional impact on healthcare providers, and the various support and postvention initiatives implemented to assist them.
