What is it about?
This study focused on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model of supported employment. We found a significant positive relationship between IPS self-reported fidelity and employment outcomes that was sustained over time.

As IPS implementation sites strive for high fidelity, it is important to recognize that there is a positive relationship between fidelity and employment outcomes, and that this held true in this study for self-reported fidelity.
