What is it about?

In this astonishing case, a brain AVM deep the right hemisphere appears to be producing auditory hallucinations. The lesion affects the medial temporal lobe and the entirety of the mesolimbic pathway. This case is an example of how lesions producing neuropsychiatric phenomena can generate hypotheses and support or challenge existing models for hallucinatory experiences.
