What is it about?

We present a unique case in which poststroke psychosis following a right hemispheric stroke takes the form of a complex delusion that combines the Othello syndrome (a delusion of jealousy) with a visuospatial delusion about the structure in the patient’s home. While unique, this delusion exemplifies the unusual psychoses that may arise from damage to the nondominant hemisphere.
