What is it about?

Antidepressant use is common in older adults for depression treatment, but many experience side effects and limited or no benefits. Real-world evidence on clinical outcomes of commonly used antidepressants in older adults is inadequate. We analyzed the ten most frequently used antidepressants and their potential treatment outcomes in 93,883 older adults in Denmark.
